The physical pathway and equipment-room design receive the same attention as the controller configuration.

Testing, handoff and long-term ownership
Commissioning happens in the real operating environment. Coverage, roaming, client behavior, camera views, remote access, alerts, permissions, link speed, PoE load, and recovery from an outage are tested before the documentation and administrator ownership are handed over.
